Welcome to Canned Tuna Recipes dot org. Canned tuna recipes are a great way to save money and still feed your family a delicious meal.

This canned tuna recipe is perfect for whenever you don’t have time to cook.  You can make this recipe in less than 5 minutes and you don’t have to cook anything, just open two cans, do a little chopping and dinner is served.  It’s packed full of protein and tastes good too.  Give it a go.  This salad also tastes fabulous on a bed of lettuce.

Tuna and White Bean Salad

  • 1 Can Tuna – Drained
  • 1 Can White Beans – Fully Cooked
  • 1 tablespoon Red Onion or Green Onion – minced
  • 1 teaspoon parsley (dried or fresh)

In a medium sized bowl break up the drained tuna.  Stir in white beans (I buy a flavored type and keep the flavored bean gravy with the beans), onion, and parsley.
