Here’s an easy tuna noodle casserole that tastes great too. The recipe is easy enough for anyone to follow. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain, combine with remaining ingredients and then top with fried onions. Throw it in the oven for 30 minutes and dinner is served! How easy is that?

Easy Tuna Noodle Casserole

  • 1/2 Bag of “No Yolk” Noodles or Egg Noodles
  • 1 Can of Tuna – Drained and Flaked
  • 1/2 Small Bell Pepper – Minced
  • 1 Small Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Can of Fried Onions – Divided
  • Cook egg noodles in salted water according to package directions. Drain noodles. In large bowl, combine cooked noodles, minced bell pepper, cream of mushroom soup, and half a can of fried onions.

    Place mixture in casserole dish and cook in preheated 325 degree oven for 25 minutes or until done.
